We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures adherence to cGMP standards, conducts quality inspections, and supports CAPA processes.
Pay : $21 / hr
Shift : 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities :
Perform routine quality checks and inspections
Initiate defect reports and support CAPA investigations
Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs
Train and support production teams on quality procedures
Halt production when necessary and drive corrective actions
Use SAP systems for inventory and quality tracking
Analyze KPIs and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications :
Experience in QA or compliance within manufacturing
Strong knowledge of cGMP and quality control
Proficient in SAP and root cause analysis
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
