In this role, you'll support engineering and manufacturing teams by optimizing product flow, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency. You'll develop and maintain fabrication processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage projects. Using LEAN, Six Sigma, and 6S methodologies, you'll drive continuous improvement in the production of medical subcomponents, contributing to innovation and operational excellence at TE Connectivity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Associate's degree (AA) in an Engineering discipline
- Mechanical aptitude
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting yield and productivity goals
- Documentation and reporting proficiency
- Ability to operate PCs and industrial equipment
