Hand Occupational Therapist - Outpatient at Providence St Vincent Medical Center - On-Call - Day Schedule

Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient / client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Master's Degree From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or
• Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Or equivalent educ / experience
• Coursework / Training Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need. Or equivalent educ / experience
• Upon hire : Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
