- Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client
- Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
- $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities. The initial offer hourly pay will be between $21.50 - $22.75. All staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion

- Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement benefits
- A 401k plan after one year of service
- Generous paid time off and holiday schedule
- Opportunities for career growth within the fields of behavior analysis, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and more
