If you are a talented & experienced Recruitment Specialist, David Aplin Group has the right opportunity for you! David Aplin Group has partnered with our client to recruit a Recruitment Specialist to join their fast-paced office who will work with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, onboarding, and client account management
  • Recruit for open roles and maintain a list of contractors
  • Manage interviews and tests for candidates
  • Engaging with current and potential clients and growing client relationship
  • Contract administration from tracking and auditing timesheets, payroll, and expenses,
  • and monitoring all safety and compliance requirements set by the client
  • Understanding the needs of the clients, their industry, work culture, and environment
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Agency experience/contractor placement is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Online portals
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive to work
  • Must be able to work on-site (office located in the deep southeast)
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
