We seek a Regional Director to oversee operations across MN, focusing on staff mentoring, compliance, and growth. Position Summary : The Regional Director oversees operations of a network of opiate treatment centers, supervising Program Directors. Responsibilities include professional development, training, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Mentor Program Directors, establish goals, and monitor progress.
• Develop training programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage treatment center operations, staffing, and financials.
• Drive growth efforts, patient care quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor treatment center performance and address issues promptly.
• Ensure team members meet qualifications and maintain licensure.
• Oversee hiring, termination, and payroll activities.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and positive relationships with authorities.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts as requested.
