This will be a remote position - Oklahoma preferred. As the Regional Director of HR, you will :

  • Provide strategic HR partnership
  • Develop and drive programs to increase engagement and retention
  • Serve as a leader and actively engage with site leadership and colleagues
  • Represent the organization as a culture champion and advocate of our mission
  • Be responsible for day-to-day HR activities and coverage for his / her assigned locations
  • Be available via email and phone for any immediate HR needs at the assigned locations
  • Review and investigate allegations of discrimination or retaliation
  • Conduct reviews / audits of HR activities for locations within the defined region
  • Travel required 50% (2-3 days per week or as needed)
  • Work with the entire Human Resources team on special projects

    • Experience Required to Deliver on Our Mission :

  • 3-5 years minimum multi-site HR experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in a home health or hospice setting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Strong ability to coach, train and motivate HR Associates or designates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to project a professional image
