[job_card.job_description]Conducting detailed analysis of store metrics and KPI trends, including sales performance comparisons, lead generation, client retention and satisfaction, refund rates, and future projections. Handling daily operational tasks such as updating daily performance reports, ensuring timely delivery of all reports, tracking client interactions, managing employee timekeeping, and maintaining notes on stretch / demo sessions. Overseeing sales and studio operations through performance reviews, regular meetings with sales leads, training on sales processes, and facilitating ongoing education to enhance service quality. Managing the recruitment process by posting job openings on hiring platforms, screening candidates, understanding studio staffing needs, overseeing onboarding processes, and updating the employee roster. Reviewing payroll reports and coordinating with the accountant for timely payroll processing. Maintaining and enhancing social media presence by scheduling posts using SOCi-provided corporate collateral and organic content, responding to comments promptly, updating the website's landing page, and creating and distributing campaigns. Position Overview :

The Regional Manager provides leadership, direction, and support to all staff and protects the integrity of the Stretch Zone brand by ensuring every studio member always receives the highest quality service and experience.

Compensation : $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are a professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.
A career with Stretch Zone means not just meeting and maintaining a level of excellence, but continually improving in skill, to further one's expertise and to advance the industry. As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and / or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
