Exhibit professional behavior by attending all therapy sessions and meetings on time according to schedule Understand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical manner Perform general clerical duties including maintain accurate client records and preparing clear and concise reports Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, parents / caregivers, BCBAs, other ABBA employees, school personnel, etc. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients in individual and group sessions Run skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs ethically and with fidelity Complete daily session notes and accurately render sessions in Online platform in a timely manner Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and / or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans Collect accurate data in ABA therapy sessions Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise Other job duties as assigned by the lead BCBA Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history L2 background check I9 and W4 updated forms Maintain RBT certification Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Basic Life Support CPR / AED training provided by the agency and renew certifications as needed Receive Ongoing Supervision Adhere to BACB Ethics

Description : We are a small ABA-owned business in the area focusing on high quality services for our clients of all ages in home, school, and community as well as a highly collaborative and supportive team. We are currently hiring an RBT in the Virginia Beach, VA area for a part time position. These clients would be primarily in home and school and some sessions are in the community. We offer competitive pay, paid mileage, company tablet / electronic billing / scheduling / data collection, health insurance, and PTO .
