Registered Nurse (RN) | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care | Kingston Care Center of Sylvania, OH

Full-Time or Part-Time | Ohio RN License Required

What You’ll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with accuracy and compassion

Monitor and document resident health changes, responding promptly and professionally

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and other care team members

Promote a safe, supportive, and resident-first environment

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Skilled Nursing, Rehab, or Long-Term Care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills

Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused mindset
