We are disrupting industrial power with the first commercialized Solid State Transformer systems. Our solutions unlock capabilities for data centers, EV charging, renewables, microgrids, and industrial installations. We seek mission‑driven team members passionate about building world‑wide electrification products at maximum acceleration.

Base Pay Range

$220,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Create demonstrated reliability targets and test plans

Build the team to execute highly accelerated life testing for all components

Conduct DFMEA to identify reliability concerns and propose design solutions

Set up test chambers and work with accredited labs to conduct critical testing

Collaborate with electronics and mechanical teams to design for reliability

Qualifications

Technical degree (PhD preferred) or equivalent industry experience in electronics or reliability engineering

10+ years of experience in reliability engineering for power electronics

5+ years of experience managing a team of test, compliance, or reliability engineers

Delivered a high‑volume product with field reliability matching demonstrated reliability

Knowledge of electrical safety and handling of high‑voltage hardware

Excellent communication skills

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally

Please note : This role requires working on‑site five days a week. Hybrid or remote options are not offered.
