You will be responsible for handling reservations, providing information about our services, and maintaining our booking system efficiently. Responsibilities
Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding hotel services and availability.
Update and maintain the booking system with current reservation details.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Process payment information and confirm reservations with guests.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Track and report on reservation trends and guest feedback.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (ANY educational background accepted).
Proficient in computer applications and booking systems.
