Strong decision-making skills. Proven excellent attendance record. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in telephone operations or call centers. Proficient computer skills. Armenian-speaking ability is required.
Overview : Join our team as a Trip Reservation Specialist at MV Transportation! This role is perfect for those who enjoy helping passengers and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls from passengers, collecting essential trip information.
- Offer assistance and guide new and existing passengers on effectively using our transportation services.
- Accurately input passenger details and manage trip requests, negotiating where necessary.
- Provide follow-up calls to passengers regarding schedule changes or confirmations.
- Timely communicate cancellations to relevant scheduling and operations teams.
- Keep passenger records updated in our database, including any necessary changes.
- Ensure a safe work environment, focusing on safety for yourself and others.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Collaborate effectively with operations staff regarding passenger and scheduling matters.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Present a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Exhibit reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Work well with team members, helping peers and management as needed.
Qualifications :
Starting Pay Rate : $20.41 / hour
