Pay Range Information
Chapman University is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position. This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Salary offers are determined based on the final candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as internal equity and other internal factors. Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
Responsible for the management of a 300 to 430-bed residence area. Supervises 8-12 student employees. Oversees all aspects of building operations including community-building efforts, facilities issue liaising, occupancy data management, and other needed functions. Serves as a student conduct case officer. Provides significant input for program development in building. Shared on-call duty with other professional and graduate staff. Completes departmental assignments, administrative tasks, training and leadership responsibilities, and provides high-quality customer service. Supports other departmental operations and programs as needed.

- Direct supervision, training, evaluation, and selection of 6-8 Resident Advisors
- Facilitates weekly staff meetings to ensure consistent communication and team development.
- Supports the design and implementation of intensive fall training and other ongoing training for Student Staff
