Foreman

This role involves performing basic labor and carpentry duties in the field while providing assistance to the on-site Superintendent. The Foreman is also responsible for leading the Hoist operators and laborers.

Responsibilities :

• Perform general on-site labor and carpentry duties as needed, including setup and cleanup tasks such as debris removal.
• Direct traffic within the construction site to ensure the safety of the work crew.
• Assist with the loading and delivery of materials.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Install items related to job site safety and functionality.
• Assist the on-site Superintendent with the coordination of trade contractors.
• Monitor work to maintain compliance with the work plan.
• Support all safety efforts in the field and lead safety orientations.
• Attend and participate in project meetings.

This is a contract position based out of Columbus, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
