Manage and maintain the master resourcing plan across teams and projects. Develop a deep understanding of individual employee skill sets to more effectively staff teams, balancing both employee satisfaction and utilization targets. Proactively identify potential resourcing issues, gaps, or overages and provide actionable solutions. Track and analyze staff utilization, capacity, and workload distribution across the agency, including preparing and analyzing weekly and monthly reporting to inform hiring and staffing decisions. Monitor project budgets, provide reporting, and escalate issues. Assist in developing resource forecasts for new business opportunities and client growth. 4+ years of relevant experience in resource management, project management, or agency operations, preferably within PR, consulting, marketing, creative, or agency environments. Strong understanding of agency structure and workflows. Systems thinking combined with hands-on execution. You can see the big picture of how resource allocation impacts campaign integration and client outcomes while being comfortable with detailed day-to-day management of people and projects across multiple disciplines. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to manage many different projects at once. Highly proficient in resource management software and Excel. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Precision is looking for a Resource Manager to build and lead our talent allocation function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create systematic resource management processes while actively managing day-to-day capacity planning for our growing agency. You'll be both the architect and operator of how we deploy our most valuable asset : our people.
The ideal candidate will understand agency workflows, resourcing needs, and staff's individual talents to put together strong effective teams that best serve our clients.
The role will report to our Deputy Chief Operations Officer and work closely with the leadership team and the Human Resources Department.

What We Will Give You
The salary range for this role is $85,000-110,000.
We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
