A company is looking for a Resource Management Manager to lead and manage resource and staffing operations for the FAA BNATCS program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex staffing and resource requirements across the FAA BNATCS program
Collaborate with subcontract partners, Talent Acquisition, and functional support teams to drive operational efficiency
Oversee the internal program staffing database and ensure compliance with regulations in personnel management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience in staffing, resource management, or operations of federal contracts or large technical programs
Experience in recruiting and managing candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proven ability to analyze data and identify resource bottlenecks or skill gaps
Experience supervising a small administrative team, focusing on delegation and quality control
