Responsibilities :
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and friendly attitude as they arrive.
- Effectively manage the seating chart to optimize guest accommodations and table turnover.
- Answer phone calls to handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
- Provide guests with menus and notify servers promptly upon their arrival.
- Maintain the waiting list and notify guests when their tables are ready.
- Ensure the hostess station and lobby area are clean and organized.
- Assist with additional tasks, such as refilling condiments, restocking menus, and providing help to servers as needed.
