  • Duties :
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service. - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. - Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff to deliver outstanding service. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory. - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service efficiently.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in a similar role with expertise in food service management and hospitality. - Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. - Knowledge of inventory control practices to optimize stock levels and minimize waste. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
