Frenchette is the critically acclaimed Tribeca hotspot from chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr that has racked up accolades ranging from Eater and James Beard Awards best new restaurant of the year to 3 stars from the New York Times. Frenchette offers warm, knowledgeable service, an all natural wine list and innovative updates to classic French cuisine.
After years working together at New York mainstays, chefs Hanson and Nasr have established a unique mark on New York City’s restaurant scene creating buzzworthy restaurants that are founded in collaboration, professionalism, and innovation. Their attention to detail and commitment to employee growth has created a company culture that is welcomed and necessary.

An ideal candidate would possess
- 2 years of management experience
- Thrive in fast-paced environment while supporting staff during service.
- High communication skills with all employees.
- Likes working closing with all staff to help train and grow in the company.
- Passionate about creative cocktails and pairing natural wines with food.
- Dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and positive customer experiences. We hold hospitality in very high regard.
- Open availability is preferred. Must be available to work Nights and Weekends.
- Collaborative team-player is a must
