Overview : A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring a great customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. They engage with patrons, recommend drinks, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Drink Preparation :

Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences.

Maintain knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.

Customer Interaction :

Greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences.

Build relationships with regular patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Cash Handling :

Handle payments, operate cash registers, and manage tabs accurately.

Ensure proper recording of sales and compliance with tipping policies.

Inventory Management :

Monitor and restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and supplies.

Conduct inventory checks and communicate stock needs to management.

Cleanliness and Safety :

Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and equipment.

Follow all food and beverage safety regulations.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
