Maintain knowledge of the restaurant layout, table availability, and special requests to optimize seating arrangements:

Stay informed about table availability, reserved tables, and any special arrangements or requests.
Optimize seating arrangements to accommodate guest preferences, large parties, and special needs.
Balance seating assignments to ensure fair distribution among servers and optimize service efficiency.

Coordinate with the server team to ensure a smooth flow of seating and service:
