Summit Reconstruction & Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration and reconstruction company with a focus on exterior envelope rehabilitation projects and 24 / 7 emergency mitigation and repairs. We are seeking an experienced Estimator that is proficient in Xactimate but also has in-depth knowledge of the trades, hands-on experience, and well versed in line items. Preference is given to those with multi-family residential restoration experience however overall construction and estimating knowledge will be considered.

Required Qualifications :

• 2 years level 2 Xactimate estimating experience - Mandatory!
• 5+ years of estimating in the restoration or reconstruction industry required.
• Estimating commercial and residential mitigation & repair.
• 7+ years in the restoration or construction industry.
• Experienced restoration of water and fire damaged properties.
• Basic building exterior envelope knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specs.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
• A "Can Do" attitude and professional demeanor.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficient at making and maintaining a construction schedule / timeline.
• Ability to pass background check and have an insurable driving record.
