About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Impact and Revenue Officer (CRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to deliver high-quality, research-based PreK-12 curricula and professional learning. The CRO will be responsible for scaling and leading strategic initiatives in new business sales, customer success, marketing, and partnerships. This includes exceeding ambitious sales goals, uncovering new opportunities, and building a scalable sales and marketing engine. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven C-level sales leader with a strong K-12 background, extensive district relationships, and a proven track record in transforming revenue operations for scale. The role requires a focus on market expansion, sales and marketing alignment, go-to-market strategy, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the organization's impact and sustainable growth.

Applicants for the CRO position at the company should have at least 10 years of sales leadership experience in K-12, with a demonstrated ability to exceed impact and revenue goals. The role demands a leader with a strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and the ability to create and execute repeatable go-to-market strategies. The CRO will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of long-term professional growth, and championing the organization's brand at national and regional conferences.
