A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals
Collaborate with management and external partners to optimize revenue cycle operations
Monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle efficiency and implement continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management in healthcare
At least 5 years in a leadership role with experience in managed care negotiations
Proven track record of managing receivables and improving revenue cycle processes
Experience in the behavioral health sector, particularly in substance use and mental health treatment, is highly desirable
