What You’ll Do :
Coordinate and deliver emergency nursing care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Provide safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to diverse patient populations.
Act as a resource for ancillary staff and supervise non-RN personnel.
Serve as charge nurse or clinical coordinator when assigned.
Precept new staff and students as requested.
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational policies and procedures.
Support an inclusive workplace that reflects and serves the diverse community.
Qualifications :
Valid Connecticut RN license
ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required (BSN preferred or plan in progress)
Current BLS certification
Minimum of one year of nursing experience required (ED experience preferred)
