If Master’s Degree is in another Discipline, shall hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and at least six (6) credits of graduate semester hours in nursing Show evidence of teaching abilities and maintaining current knowledge, clinical expertise, and safety in the subject area to be taught; Prior teaching experience at a university or higher education institution is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, documentation review processes, and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication skills for effective classroom teaching and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive learning environment.

Duties
- Develop, review, and update nursing curricula aligned with current industry standards and accreditation requirements, incorporating innovative learning technologies.
- Deliver engaging classroom lectures and clinical instruction across various nursing specialties.
- Supervise students during clinical rotations in teaching hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality patient care practices.
- Assess student performance through examinations, practical demonstrations, documentation reviews, and care plan evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Engage in research activities related to nursing education or healthcare practices; contribute findings through publications or presentations.
- Participate in curriculum development initiatives that incorporate current medical terminology, care standards, and emerging healthcare trends.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress, clinical evaluations, and compliance with accreditation standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in nursing practice including phlebotomy techniques, critical care procedures, nurse management strategies, and hospital protocols.
