This role is equal parts developer and consultant. You’ll be hands-on in the platform while partnering across the business to improve how we sell, hire, and operate.

position details/responsibilities…

  • Manages the configuration, development, and overall functionality of Salesforce across the organization
  • Designs, builds, and maintains custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • Supports Salesforce users through daily operational needs, troubleshooting issues, answering system questions, managing access, and creating/modifying reports and dashboards
  • Ensures data integrity, security, and overall system performance; conducts regular audits, validations, and implements corrective actions as needed
  • Builds strong relationships across Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and IT; partners with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and system gaps
  • Leads discovery efforts and translates business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Develops and manages integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs and web services
  • Follows agile project management and change management processes for prioritizing, developing, and testing enhancements
  • Analyzes current systems and workflows for effectiveness and recommends improvements to optimize performance and user experience
  • Maintains and updates system and technical documentation

here’s what we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
  • Experience supporting user training and driving system adoption
  • Ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into technical solutions
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to prioritize independently with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and system best practices
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, sound judgment, and ownership in decision-making
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred)
