Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and managing all safety-related initiatives across our organization to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. This role plays a critical part in cultivating a culture of safety by developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs. The Safety Manager partners closely with senior leadership to align and standardize safety practices across all business units, ensuring consistency and operational excellence. This position also serves as a key resource for safety training, incident investigation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing workplace hazards and promoting employee well-being

Essential Job functions / Duties :

Regulatory Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Develop and implement environmental health and safety programs as required.
• Maintain and update required safety documentation, including : OSHA 300, 300A, and 301 logs, Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Hazard Communication (HazCom), Lockout / Tagout (LOTO), Workplace Violence Prevention policies, and other as needed.

Safety Training & Education

Incident Management & Risk Mitigation

Safety Program Oversight & Continuous Improvement

Environmental Health & Compliance for Specific Locations

Audits, Reporting & Special Projects

Perform other duties assigned to support the effective functioning of the safety program.

The compensation range for this position will depend on where you reside.

91,000 - $126,000

Visalia, California

83,000 - $114,000

Ontario, California

85,000 - $117,000

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Certifications / Licenses, and Experience :

Actual salary / hourly wages rates are determined upon a variety of factors such as level of experience, skill, education and / or certifications; location and position pay range; and organizational internal equity factors."
