Job description
Position Summary: The Senior Account Executive, Client Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the Client Services team. This position will provide engagement leadership, develop senior level client relationships and is regarded by the client as an expert and trusted advisor. Motivating and maintaining team members is a key responsibility. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of the client services team.
  • Provide leadership to a team of client liaisons including the establishment and measurement of individual objectives, mentoring and performance review.
  • Serve as a high-level liaison between the client and Synergistix regarding day-to-day operational, technical and customer relation interactions to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Set high team standards and establish a clear focus and direction on all client account activities to promote client satisfaction and overall business profitability.
  • Guide clients in developing strategic plans, goals, timelines and measures of success for implementing projects.
  • Monitor the performance and progress of the Client Services team.
  • Gather and develop cost estimates, proposals and client operating specifications for clients.
  • Translate client business requirements and communicate with executive management.
  • Follow-through on all matters related to billing for client services.
  • Effectively communicate with the client's decision makers to better understand the short and long-term goals to meet and exceed needs and expectations.
  • Serve as primary liaison with internal Production and Programming groups providing feedback received from clients in relation to new products and improvements to existing products.
  • Act as overall quality control on communications and client contact and ensure that all project timelines are met.
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Client Services department.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Competencies:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.   • Compliance with all personnel policies.

Education, Experience & Technical Skills:
  • Pharma experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience strongly preferred or at manager’s discretion.
  • A minimum of five plus years of senior account management experience or experience in a related field preferred.
  • Established record of leading and mentoring people as well as leading projects and/or project teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus.
  • A thorough understanding of relational databases.

Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage, lead and motivate a team, including the ability to continuously coach team members to achieve their highest performance potential.
  • Must be customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to coach, guide and develop team members.
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy.
