Job description

Overview:

  • We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge technology company and make a meaningful impact on our business.
  • We offer a competitive salary with sales-based commissions.
  • Work hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
  • As well as some Saturday’s from 10am to 2pm.

Job Duties Included but not limited to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize technical sales skills to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay up-to-date on product developments and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices in both B2B and retail environments.
  • Proficiency in Odoo, Quickbooks, Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent lead generation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively highlight product features and benefits.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of territory sales strategies and account management best practices is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to achieving results.
