What you'll achieve: As an Account Executive, you will manage mid-market accounts, expand footprint through cross-sell and up-sell, and win net-new opportunities. You will build champions, navigate buying committees, and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene. Your work will accelerate growth and customer satisfaction across your territory. Desirable Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN). Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $266,000 - $344,000 (includes base salary and commissions).
