Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize our proprietary platform and your network to identify potential healthcare candidates
  • Engage with candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and understand their interest
  • Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth screenings
  • Provide consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture their interest and assist in the hiring process
  • Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires stemming from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based position with commission-only earnings. This means your earning potential has no limits, and success has no boundaries.
