Account Sales Professional Ann Arbor, MI | Full-Time | In-Person About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Sales Professional to join our team in Ann Arbor.

This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing while working in a high-energy, collaborative environment.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mentality who thrives on pursuing new opportunities and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Sales Cycle Management Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closing Ensure consistent follow-up and movement of opportunities through the pipeline Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Drive repeat business and account growth Sales Presentations & Negotiation Present products and solutions effectively to prospective clients Lead negotiations and close deals Performance & Metrics Meet or exceed individual sales targets and revenue goals Track and manage sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics Provide regular updates to leadership on opportunities and trends Collaboration Partner with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience Continuous Development Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar tools Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in a B2B sales environment Experience submitting RFPs Experience closing mid to high-value deals Work Environment High-energy, team-oriented onsite environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off and paid holidays Paid sick time Employee product discounts Access to a fully equipped in-house photography and creative studio Additional Information This is a full-time, in-person position — no remote or hybrid arrangements Regular, reliable attendance is required Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, height, weight, marital status, pregnancy, or any other protected status under applicable law.
