This Role is Ideal For Someone Who Loves Sales

This is a sales-focused position. The primary responsibility of this role is generating membership sales, increasing guest retention, recommending upgrades, growing retail sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Candidates enjoy building relationships, achieving goals, and being rewarded for performance will thrive in this role. As the face of our spa, you'll be responsible for creating genuine connections with guests and helping them discover services, memberships, and products that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

A Fast-Paced Role That Requires Exceptional Multitasking

This is not a position where you'll simply stand at the front desk checking guests in and out. Our Spa Sales Guest Advisors constantly balance multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, polished, and welcoming guest experience.
Success in this role requires the ability to confidently juggle:
  • Greeting and assisting arriving guests
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Scheduling and modifying appointments
  • Selling memberships, upgrades, and retail products
  • Communicating with service providers and team members
  • Managing guest requests and resolving concerns
  • Folding laundry, stocking supplies, and completing light cleaning duties
  • Maintaining the appearance of the reception and retail areas
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has impeccable time management skills, and can seamlessly switch between guest service, sales, and operational responsibilities without missing a beat. What You'll Do

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
  • Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits
  • Educate guests on treatments, memberships, promotions, and retail products
  • Consistently recommend upgrades and enhancements
  • Close membership sales and support membership retention
  • Increase average ticket value through thoughtful recommendations
  • Stay knowledgeable about all spa services, products, and promotions
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Check guests in and out while ensuring accurate transactions

Spa Operations

  • Maintain a beautiful and welcoming reception area, retail space, and spa environment
  • Assist with light cleaning duties throughout the day
  • Help with laundry, towel folding, and stocking as needed
  • Support the team by completing operational tasks between guest interactions
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth daily spa operations
  • Collaborate in marketing projects, attend business development engagements, and participate in social media initiatives.

Required Skills

Schedule Requirements

  • Full-time position, 5 days per week. 10 PTO days per year.
  • Must be flexible to work daytime and/or evening closing shifts
  • Weekend and Holiday availability is required
  • Typical shifts are 6–8 hours
