We are seeking a strategic data professional to bridge the gap between complex infrastructure and actionable business intelligence for our Direct Sales leadership. This role is focused on resolving critical reporting delays by migrating legacy data pipelines into robust, real-time environments such as Databricks and SQL Server. By architecting advanced visualization tools and predictive models, the selected candidate will ensure stakeholders have the sub-minute accuracy needed to hit ambitious Starlink sales targets and modernize legacy processes through AI integration.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Modernize and streamline the data lifecycle by migrating critical work order imports to Databricks and SQL Server to ensure 100% reporting reliability
- Engineer high-performance SQL workflows that transform massive datasets into real-time operational insights with sub-minute precision
- Deliver sophisticated Tableau visualizations that empower leadership to track KPIs and identify sales trends instantaneously
- Design robust sales projection models for Starlink initiatives to proactively identify performance gaps and drive annual target attainment
- Spearhead the integration of Generative AI tools into production, transforming call transcripts and coaching workflows into automated business intelligence
- Champion data integrity by establishing rigorous cleansing strategies and auditing protocols across all Command Center functions
Skills, Experience and RequirementsCore Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring)
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL performance tuning, CTEs, and complex data modeling within Tableau
- Proficiency in architecting ETL automation and scripting via Python or PowerShell to eliminate manual bottlenecks
- A detective-like aptitude for troubleshooting complex logic discrepancies and data delays in high-velocity environments
- AI literacy with the capacity to apply modern Generative AI frameworks to solve legacy business problems
- Strong collaborative skills required to translate high-level business requirements into scalable technical solutions for senior leadership
- Extensive experience navigating and manipulating large-scale cloud data environments such as Databricks, Redshift, or Snowflake
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business or STEM field (Information Systems, Math, Computer Science, Finance, etc.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Advanced Analytics
- Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced SQL (Stored Procedures and Performance Tuning)
- Tableau (LOD calculations and Dashboard Optimization)
- ETL/Automation processes
