Solution Consultant
The Solution Consultant partners directly with our Sales Team, combining deep industry expertise and compelling strategies to shape each client's path to growth. By interpreting market signals, regulatory changes, and evolving consumer trends, they uncover white-space opportunities that address client needs and deliver measurable impact. As a centralized point of contact for our Sellers, you'll leverage strategic insights, marketing experience, brand intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to align brand marketing needs across channels, data, identity, and technology. You will craft strategic narratives and integrated solutions that guide clients toward sustainable, long-term success.

- Industry and Business Acumen : Understands market trends, sector specific insight (e.g., financial, health, retail), and competitive factors, and white space opportunities when aligning solutions with clients' objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Works seamlessly with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions
- Basic Technical Acumen : Demonstrates foundational understanding of the Martech and Adtech ecosystem.
- Media Planning, Activation, and Measurement : Understands how media strategies are planned, activated, and measured end-to-end.
- Client Discovery & Needs Analysis : Excels at uncovering client goals, requirements, and pain points through workshops, discovery sessions, and ongoing engagement.
- Storytelling & Communication : Translates complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal stakeholders, driving engagement and understanding.
- Thought Leadership : Contributes to industry insights, whitepapers, and strategic points of view that position the team and company as trusted advisors.
- Strategic Thinking : Translates data, trends, existing solutions, and future innovations to contribute to long-term planning with strategic foresight.
- Continuous Learning : Tracks emerging tech, sector and regulatory changes, and consumer trends to contribute to thought leadership for clients and internal teams.
