Job description

Job Description:

  • Drive sales of Allspring’s mutual funds, separately managed accounts, exchange traded funds, money funds and DCIO business at all broker dealers and select smaller RIAs within their segmented clients within the integrated distribution channel.
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors, Associate Regional Directors, and Sales Management to provide feedback and insights on trends in the industry and market demands on our Financial Advisor clients.
  • Achieve top tier market share at the territory level, at Allspring’s focus firms, and in their focus products.
  • Provide updates on what the Financial Advisors own and discussing best investment strategies and uncover opportunities to up-sell and/or cross sell.
  • Excel in leaning in on specific asset classes, earning the right to compete for a spot, and delivering exceptionally on proposals.
  • Identify and partner with key local Centers of Influence, as well as key broker/dealer personnel to expand relationships and increase client access to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3 years minimum of sales experience required
  • Experience exceeding established performance goals.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific needs, constraints, and opportunities for wealth and investment management.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66)
  • Reside within the territory
  • Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with multiple stakeholders.
  • Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
  • Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.
