Automotive Sales Trainee – Base + Commission | Don Hattan West (West Wichita area)

Get paid to learn. Promote in as little as 3 months. Earn $35-65k immediately. Earn $80–120k as you advance.

What Will You Do?

  • Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email
  • Greet customers and assist them in finding their perfect vehicle
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
  • Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
  • Review and prepare sale-related paperwork
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean showroom
  • Set up test drives and answer customer questions
  • Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new vehicle models and features
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets

    Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in computer and internet applications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 6 months sales or customer service experience preferred

    • Working Conditions

  • Full-time schedule with every Sunday off

  • Occasionally lift / move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Extended periods of standing and walking
  • Primarily phone-based and in-person customer service
