Sales Coordinator
The Sales Coordinator provides excellent sales and administrative support for the sales process that results in new revenue from prospective residents moving into the community.
What will I do every day?
- Conduct business development activities with local community professional organizations
- Conduct and facilitate open houses and other types of events
- Deliver presentations to community groups to educate constituents about senior living options
- Connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis
- Ask for and obtain deposits from prospective residents
- Support and maintain the community's waitlist
- Support the move-in process paperwork requirements as directed by the Executive Director
- Coordinate the processing of inquiry generation events
- Provide coverage for sales when the Sales Directors are not scheduled to be in the building
