The Training Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to make a big impact on every team member within ITS Logistics. This role is responsible for designing, implementing and evolving best in class training programs from start to finish./ppThe Training Coordinator instills the ITS culture, core values, intangible qualities and mentality within each team member who joins the company starting on day one. You will be responsible for building relationships with all team members, facilitating hands-on learning in and out of the classroom and holding team members to our standards./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelop and deliver training content to new and existing team members through different modalities (i.e. instructor-led training, web-based training, hands-on training, job aids, quick reference guides, simulations, etc.)./liliGuide new team members through their experience and acclimation to ITS culture./liliOptimize training program, always striving toward continuous improvement without sacrificing retention./liliConstantly monitor, evaluate, make recommendations for and report on improvement on the ITS Training Plans effectiveness, success, scalability and ROI./liliRegularly evaluate trainee performance to ensure transfer of knowledge and application to day-to-day operations./liliMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, techniques, developments and best practices, as well as industry news and technology./liliActively contribute to department and company goals./liliUphold and deliver ITS core values and best practices to team members./liliInterface with operations and leadership to ensure training aligns with business needs./liliProvide weekly reporting to Leadership team./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpAbout the Requirements/pulliRequires two years of experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, or three or more years of experience in instructional design and training development and delivery./liliMust have previous experience in training and/or mentoring others./liliRequires a dynamic, outgoing and engaging personality with the ability to build deep relationships quickly./liliRequires experience in presenting information in front of groups./liliBachelors Degree preferred./liliExperience implementing training modules preferred./liliSelf-motivated, organized and detail-oriented./li/ul/div
