The Sales Development Representative is a highly motivated and results driven individual responsible for handling inbound and outbound consumer calls, emails, texts and chats with a strong focus on selling, upselling and cross-selling our products. This role will work with potential and returning customers on product recommendations to process orders driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with inbound and outbound consumer inquiries to drive sales and conversations
- Developing new sales opportunities with warm lead opportunities via outbound emails, calls and website traffic follow ups
- Follow up on web orders, abandoned carts and warm sales leads to close sales opportunities
- Communicating with consumers to understand their needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and productivity budgets
- Accurately log consumer interactions and opportunities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot and NetSuite)
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, current marketing promotions, and internal processes and policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Consumer Experience Support, Operations, Pool, B2B sales and Marketing teams
- Strong sales business acumen and deep understanding of consumer behavior to close sales opportunities
