A company is looking for a Sales Director who is passionate about building sales organizations from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and deal closing
Build the foundational sales structure and develop clear playbooks for sales processes
Guide, train, and support sales team members while defining sales reporting methods and pipeline visibility processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Sales Director or senior sales leader in B2B SaaS, preferably in construction technology
Proven experience selling construction SaaS or software solutions
Strong track record of building and scaling sales teams in a startup environment
Experience creating sales processes, playbooks, and workflows from the ground up
Successful history of hiring, coaching, and developing sales team members
