Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual (English / Japanese) Sales Engineer who can understand client needs and deliver optimal solutions from a technical standpoint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting internal coordination to ensure high-quality service and customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements from a technical perspective and propose tailored solutions
- Provide technical explanations of product specifications and present problem-solving approaches
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and follow-up
- Conduct market research and outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with partner factories in Japan
- Handle post-sales follow-up and support as needed
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience in B2B sales or as a sales engineer
- Background in engineering or technical knowledge
- Friendly, professional attitude

Compensation
Entry level : $55,000 - $70,000
Experienced : $70,000 - $120,000
