Sales Engineer
Responsibilities include learning about the company's products and services, shadowing experienced sales staff, participating in training sessions, and assisting with customer interactions. The role aims to prepare trainees for a successful career in sales by developing their communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Duties :
- Making sales presentations
- Sales Negotiations
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- 50% travel to meet clients
- Attend trade shows, and represent the company at various events
- Strong communication skills
- A deep understanding of the product or service, and
- The ability to work independently are essential for success in this role
- Primarily works from the office
- Focusing on lead generation
- Customer follow-ups

- Collaborate with outside salespeople
- Enter sales calls and data into CRM system
Other Responsibilities :
Research and identify individuals or businesses that could benefit from the company's products or services.
Evaluate potential customers to determine if they are a good fit for the product or service and have the potential to become a customer.
Build trust and rapport with prospects by actively listening to their needs and understanding their challenges.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the customer's specific requirements, pain points, and goals.
Pay close attention to the customer's responses and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
