This position is $150,000 - $200,000 OTE first year with generous base salary, car / phone allowance, and rewarding commission / bonus opportunity!
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and producing new client business. You will be in charge of the full sales cycle, from cold-calling and lead generation to closing deals. We are looking for self-starters with a hunter’s mentality, who are motivated by the opportunity to earn significant sales commissions, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals.
- Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process.
- Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales.
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information.
