Key Responsibilities :

  • Understand Orkin's termite protection services and make tailored recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties, from attics to crawlspaces, to build trust and problem-solve effectively.
  • Exhibit exceptional listening skills and communicate practical solutions convincingly to customers.
  • Prioritize safety in all interactions and uphold professionalism and integrity with clients and team members.
  • Prospect for new business and follow up on assigned leads, supported by a solid advertising strategy.
  • Schedule and conduct sales appointments in customers' homes, illustrating how Orkin’s offerings provide peace of mind.
  • Inspect various areas of customers' homes and make informed recommendations based on identified issues.
  • Utilize provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized, with training included.

  • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Valid driver's license is essential.
  • Must be able to obtain the required pesticide license / certification (company sponsored).
  • Ability to work independently in the field while engaging effectively with clients.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight limits.
  • Lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined or elevated areas, which may require kneeling, balancing, or climbing.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator as needed.
  • Willingness to work in varied weather conditions.
