Building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to share product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage. Developing comprehensive territory business plans to drive product adoption and expand market reach. Delivering persuasive sales presentations and effectively addressing customer inquiries. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to refine sales strategies. Leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, track sales performance, and optimize territory management. Maintaining adherence to regulatory compliance while conducting ethical and professional sales practices. Participating in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and best practices. Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care pharmaceutical sales Rheumatology experience is highly desirable Experience with product launch sales is a plus Strong skills in interpersonal communication and relationship building A demonstrated history of achieving results in a high-growth environment Strategic thinking with the ability to develop a successful territory business plan Willingness to undertake some overnight travel A valid driver's license in good standing
