About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its adolescent counseling services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality counseling and support services to adolescents in need. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of programs, managing a team of professionals, and fostering relationships with the community and other stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be tasked with financial management, fundraising, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
