ODK Media, Inc. is a media group headquartered in Fullerton, CA that provides access to premium international content through its owned and operated streaming platforms, including OnDemandKorea, OnDemandChina, OnDemandViet, and Amasian TV. It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.
We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and managing relationships with key agencies and brands, with a specific focus on Connected TV (CTV) advertising. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results for our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients, with a focus on general market brands and agencies to develop new business opportunities within the CTV and digital advertising space.
- Conduct daily outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in video and CTV inventory.
- Schedule and lead initial calls and meetings, effectively presenting our value proposition and product offerings.
- Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands.
- Provide exceptional service and collaborate with clients by understanding their advertising needs and providing tailored video and CTV solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close new business and secure renewals.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
- Provide feedback to the product team to influence product development based on client needs and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth within the CTV and digital advertising ecosystem.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Work with the AdOps Team to optimize campaigns and track performances.
- Prepare reports and messaging to running partners on performance of campaigns.
- Update CRM on a daily basis and maintain sales pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in CTV technology.
